Residenza Conti has 26 standard two-room apartments furnished in a functional and modern manner. Each two-room apartment consists of 2 bedrooms , equipped kitchenette and one/two bathrooms with shower.
The spaces are designed to accommodate even college students or workers, each room is equipped with a desk with bookcase, swivel chair, spacious closets, large windows, some rooms have balconies. It is possible to rent the single room for weekly or monthly renewable stays throughout the academic term.
In the offer dedicated to students or workers we offer the following services in the “all inclusive” formula electricity, running hot water, heating, WI FI free lite internet connection, TV socket in every room, basic kitchen utensils, routine maintenance, cleaning of common parts, weekly cleaning and weekly change of sheets in the apartments, Reception service during daytime hours, surveillance given by the presence of cameras in common areas.
