Residenza Conti has 26 standard two-room flats furnished in a functional and modern manner. Each two-room flat consists of 2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchenette and one or two bathrooms with shower Spaces are designed to accommodate university students or workers. Each room is equipped with a desk with bookcase, swivel chair, spacious wardrobes, large windows, and some rooms have balconies.
It is possible to rent a single room for weekly or monthly renewable stays throughout the academic year. The ideal solution for students and workers we propose an “all inclusive” which includes: electricity, running hot water, heating, free WI FI internet connection, TV socket in every room, basic kitchen utensils, routine maintenance, cleaning of common areas, weekly cleaning and weekly change of bed linen in the flats, Reception service during daytime hours, surveillance provided by the presence of cameras in the common areas.
